OUR PASTOR
The Reverend Christopher Alexander Wimberly, Sr., has been our esteemed and highly loved pastor for the last 14 years and counting. His continue vision of meeting the needs of the community have led to the development of outreach initiatives and focused ministries.
A devoted father, husband, and businessman, our Pastor stands as a shining example of what it means to be a man of God and to be the light our Lord Christ calls us to be.
He is married to Felecia T. Wimberly, and together they have two wonderful, active children.
Pastor Wimberly is also co-owner of Wimberly-Jackson Funeral Home and Services, located on Gainesville, Georgia.
OUR CHURCH
Established in 1937, our church edifice has been a pillar of the community for the past 81 glorious years. Standing tall among the rolling hills of Lower Northwest Atlanta, Hunter Hill First Missionary Baptist Church has stood the test of time, proving that the power of God is real amidst steadfastly changing times.
